Hilary joined the League as Development Director in February 2007 after moving to New York from Raleigh, NC. She has previously served as the Donor Development Director for the North Carolina Democratic Party, the Deputy Director of Finance and Communications for the Democratic Party of Virginia and the Campaign Manager for the successful re-election of the NC House Majority Leader. She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
