Community Environmental Center (CEC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides energy, building performance and environmental services for residents in the New York metropolitan area. CEC's mission is to assist people throughout the New York metropolitan area in achieving a healthier, more affordable life by improving their home and community environments with educational and technical assistance services.
