This document contains the following top legislative and budgetary priorities for state government as set by the Board of Directors.

• Extending and amending Article X to incorporate stronger environmental and public health provisions
• Increasing environmental funding by expanding the Environmental Protection Fund, and enacting the Community Preservation Act as well as the Conservation Tax Credit
• Supporting initiatives to encourage communities to plan for sound growth
• Enacting the Clean Water Protection/Flood Prevention Act
