2005 New York City Mayoral Reportcard

This report is an analysis of Mayor Bloomberg's performance in addressing the environmental and public health challenges confronting New York City since his inauguration. Included in the analysis are: environmental campaign promises; proposed budgets, initiatives and agreements; executive orders, support or opposition to legislation; and leadership on the federal and state level. In conducting this analysis, the New York League of Conservation Voters Education Fund (NYLCV EF) surveyed environmental leaders and solicited — and received — a summary of environmental initiatives from the Administration.
