CHPC's board members are involved in hundreds of influential projects all over NYC and beyond. 'Notes from the Field' brings you a selection of their latest endeavors:

Boricua Village - Urban Renewal in the Bronx
Atlantic Development Group is developing a 1,000,000sq ft mixed-use project in partnership with Boricua College.
Where is it?
E. 163rd Street and Third Avenue. It is part of the Melrose Commons Urban Renewal Area of the Bronx
What is it?
Atlantic has partnered with Boricua College to develop 689 units of housing, as well as retail space, public open space, an amphitheatre, and new college facilites that include a museum, auditorium, cultural center, labs and a library. Out of 7 residential buildings, 4 are for moderate and middle income families and 3 are low-income housing. The affordable housing is under New York City's Housing Development Corporation's New Housing Opportunities Program and Low-Income Affordable Marketplace Program.

Annual Luncheon

Every spring for five decades, CHPC has hosted nearly 1,000 for-profit and not-for-profit housing developers, bankers, architects, economists, planners, and attorneys at our Annual Luncheon.
