The governing bodies of each city, town and village hold regularly scheduled meetings that are open to the public. A list of scheduled meetings during the calendar year is available at the administrative office in each community. Meeting agendas are available a week in advance, and often are posted on the municipality’s website. Meetings are also televised on local cable stations and frequently re-broadcast for the benefit of viewers who missed the regular meeting night.
