Greening the Empire State: Nuclear Power

12/11/2008 - 9:00am
12/11/2008 - 12:00pm

Join NYLCVEF at our last of three policy forums exploring a clean energy future for New York State. The forum will begin at 9:00 a.m. on December 11, 2008, at NYU's Kimmell Center, and will explore potential uses of nuclear power as a major component of a renewable energy strategy.

Together with our co-host, NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and its Institute for Civil Infrastructure Systems, we will set the stage for experts to lay out the facts about nuclear power. Policymakers, regulators, industry insiders and financial experts will discuss the pros and cons of the technology in the context of New York State.
