Delaware River Basin Non Partisan Voter Outreach Campaign

Voter Contact PostcardVoter Contact Postcard

The New York League of Conservation Voters Education Fund (NYLCVEF) and the Friends of the Upper Delaware River Basin (FUDR) joined together for a voter-outreach campaign during the 2006 election cycle. This voter drive urged citizens to learn about candidates' plans to address flooding issues in the Delaware River Basin and elect to state and federal office the candidates who are best qualified to address this important issue.

NYLCVEF continues to encourage residents to educate themselves about officials' and candidates' plans to protect the Delaware River Basin from potentially devastating floods.

Attached are the 2006 campaign materials sent to voters in the Delaware River.
